Roof Replacement

How do you know if you need a new roof?

Are you wondering if your roof needs replacing? Give us a call and one of our trained inspectors will come to your home and give you a free inspection. Here are a few things that we look out for:

  • Leaks or visible damage to the roof.

  • Damage from weather, such as hail or wind.

  • Missing or damaged shingles.

  • If the roof is 20 years or older.

Our Roof Replacement Process:

We strive to ensure that our process of replacing your roof is as smooth as possible from start to finish. Here is what you can expect:

  1. Qualified inspector will inspect your roof and provide you with a free estimate for replacing the roof.

  2. Your roof replacement will be scheduled for a time that is most convenient to you.

  3. We will order all materials needed for your project and ensure that they are on site for the day that your project begins.

  4. We will remove all of the old shingles, and haul them off.

  5. We will make any necessary repairs to the roof deck and replace any flashing or roofing components as needed.

  6. We will install a weather proof barrier.

  7. We will install the new shingles, tile, or metal panels.

  8. Once completed, we will clean up the project area and use a magnet to pick up the remaining roofing nails. (Caution: Even with our clean up procedures, nails will still remain in the yard. We recommend using caution for the next week when walking around the project site, especially with children and pets.)

  9. A final inspection will be completed by a supervisor to ensure the quality of your roof.

Our inspectors will meet with your adjuster at that time to ensure that the adjuster is including all necessary costs in the claim.

  3. Once your claim is approved, your roof replacement will be scheduled for a time that is most convenient to you.
